Return & Exchange

At PuriHealth, we are known for our high-quality products and our commitment to customer satisfaction. To ensure you are happy with the purchase, we are willing to accept order cancellations and returns for refunds under certain conditions. 
 
Cancelling an Order
Orders may be cancelled while they are still processing. Once goods have shipped, however, it is no longer possible to cancel this order. 
 
Receiving Defective Goods
If goods purchased on this website are defective, then they may be returned and  exchanged if this concern is found to be legitimate. Defective goods should be returned with the relevant invoice or shipping note. Kindly email to info@purihealth.com.sg or whatsapp us at +6597849088 to arrange.
 
Receiving an Incorrect Order
Incorrect orders must be reported to PuriHealth within 7 working days of their receipt along with the invoice number. If you are returning an incorrect order, you are responsible for keeping the goods clean and free from price markings. Goods that have been damaged, used or are no longer resaleable may not be refunded in full.
 
Making an Order in Error
In some cases, orders made in error may be returned. To be refunded, an authorisation must be obtained from PuriHealth prior to the return of any goods. PuriHealth is under no obligation to grant this authorisation. If approved, PuriHealth reserves the right to charge a handling fee of up to 20% of the original invoice value.
