All Singapore orders will arrive between 1 and 3 days. Please also note that there is no delivery on Public Holidays and Sundays and Company holidays. Due to festive or other peak periods, deliveries may also be delayed.
For overseas orders, it can take anywhere between 3 and 14 days. Once your order is placed, we will email you your shipping confirmation and tracking number. We seek your understanding that due to COVID restriction, there may be some delay in shipment to your country.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We provide free shipping for local and Malaysia orders S$60 & above.
For local orders below S$60, the delivery fee is S$2.50 (letter box; <100g) or S$5 (deliver to doorstep) and free for self-pick up. For urgent delivery, the fee will be S$25 for up to 5kg. For order to Malaysia below S$60, there will be a delivery fee of S$8 for up to 250g.
For international orders less than 250g, delivery fee is S$15 for Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, Philippines, Hong Kong and China and S$25 for rest of the world*. For international orders 251g to 1000g, delivery fee is S$25 for Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, Philippines, Hong Kong and China and S$50 for rest of the world *..

Do I pay taxes on the products I buy?
When ordering products from us, you may be subject to import taxes and customs duties as an importer. Additional charges for customs clearance vary depending on the country. You can contact your local customs office for more information. You may request an invoice to clear the customs via info@purihealth.com.sg . Kindly note that customs clearance procedures may cause delays which are beyond our control and we do not accept a cancellation/return of your order just because of the taxes/duties.

Yes, you can contact us at +65 97849088 to arrange for self pick-up. You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
